About the role:
- Hands on experience with a heavily litigated workload across large Class Actions, general commercial litigation, insolvency litigation, arbitrations and more!
- Work on high-profile cases, both domestically and internationally.
- Engage in complex and challenging legal disputes.
- Develop and refine technical litigation skills.
The ideal candidate:
- Associate level (3+ years PQE) up to Special Counsel coming from a notable Litigation team and/or law firm.
- Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission (foreign qualified candidates with a current working visa in Australia may be considered)
- Strong academics (particularly in torts, equity, commercial litigation and/or insolvency)
- Resilience, diligence, positive attitude and ability to work co-operatively in a team environment.
