The Team
The Dispute Resolution team at this firm is a small, close-knit team that excel in handling Commercial law disputes of any complexity as they arise and collaborate closely with each client to achieve the optimal outcome in every dispute.
Acting for clients across a range of sectors, the team represent their clients in a large number of courts and tribunals in New South Wales, yet also in other locations in Australia.
The Role
This role will see you working closely with all senior members, and given the relatively small size of the team, the opportunity presents unparalleled potential for career development and a large amount of autonomy and responsibility.
You will gain exposure to a range of matters including:
- corporate litigation
- commercial litigation
- property disputes
- construction disputes
- claims of negligence
- insolvency and debt recovery.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post admission experience in litigation.
In addition, you will:
- have strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills
- be looking to join a small and busy team
- The ability to problem-solve and resilience in handling challenges
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
