About the role
Partner, Harry Nicolaidis who has over 30 years' experience in commercial litigation and Dispute Resolution, leads the Brisbane practice. The firm represents public and private corporations across a range of industries including construction, mining, oil, health, property, retail, hospitality and finance. You will be a key resource for the team and will have the opportunity to act on a broad range of matters including:
- corporate and regulatory disputes (shareholder disputes, ACL and regulatory matters);
- general contractual disputes;
- defamation claims; investigations and prosecutions by regulatory authorities; and
- medical negligence claims.
In this role, you will provide exceptional legal advice to clients, conduct defence as required and appear in court.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have 3 to 4 years post admission experience with a commercial litigation background.
You possess excellent technical skills and are able to work in a high-performing team to deliver quality outcomes for clients.
You are commercially astute, have a strong eye for detail and will be a valuable team member. You are collaborative in your approach whilst also demonstrating the ability to work autonomously and take a lead role in matters.
You are an excellent communicator with a strong desire to learn and get involved across all aspects of the practice.
