Our client is a mid-tier national firm who has a fantastic reputation for their services in Wills and Estates. They are offering an opportunity to work closely with a highly regarded and experienced Partner, working on estate planning, probate, estate litigation, and more! They are a very busy firm so you will have a consistent workflow coming through. This firm has an exceptional client base, you would be servicing a range of high-net worth individuals with matters relating to businesses and trusts.
Our client offers WFH flexibility with a hybrid structure in place. They are also offering the opportunity to work either part-time or full time. They also have practical learning and development opportunities in place to assist you in advancing your skills. Associate/Senior Associate – 4-5+ yrs PQE
Our fantastic client is currently growing their Wills and Estates practice. This is a firm which is highly reputable in the market and has a brilliant Wills and Estates practice. You will gain exposure to all types of matters relating to Wills and Estates; having responsibilities relating to testamentary trusts, estate litigation, estate planning, drafting wills, and more. You will be servicing a diverse clientele made up of high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and wealthy clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to collaborate closely with highly esteemed Accredited Specialists and Partners who provide invaluable mentorship to the team. They will trust you with a high level of autonomy but also be there to support you when needed.
Our client offers fantastic flexibility in working conditions with 2 days WFH. They have a big focus on work life balance and have genuine care for their lawyers as people. They prioritise supporting you with your career ambitions and will support you as you progress and grow.
Lawyer/Associate – 3-4+ yrs PQE
Become a valued member of a united team who maintain a supportive and collegiate working environment. You will be guided by an experienced and personable Partner who has a wealth of knowledge to share with you. Servicing long-standing clients on probate matters, estate litigation, Power of Attorney and general wills matters; you will be consistently busy and focussed on stimulating matters.
Our client will provide ample opportunities to progress in your career, all the way up to Partnership level! They have a hybrid structure in place with WFH flexibility available. This is an amazing firm to further develop your skills within, and really flourish in your career within Wills and Estates.
Lawyer – 2+ yrs PQE
This is a well-regarded and highly reputable firm who have two beautiful offices located across Melbourne. You will have the opportunity to work across both offices, and will be working collaboratively with your peers on complex and stimulating matters. They have lots of interesting work coming through, and are currently in a growth phase of their team. You will become an invaluable member of a team that is forward thinking and expanding in this field.
This opportunity will see you expand your skillset and grow your technical abilities. You will have a focus on Estate Planning, Estate Administration, Estate Litigation, and more. You will work on VCAT matters along with Court Appointed Administrator matters. This type of work will give you amazing opportunities to develop your skills with the guidance and mentorship from senior practitioners. You will be supported by a number of Accredited Specialists and Practitioners who have been recognised and awarded for their efforts. This environment will provide you with invaluable experience that will stay with you for the rest of your career!
