About the roleAbout the role We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer/Associate to join our Restructuring and Insolvency practice, working alongside Partners Marelda Hibberd, Danielle Funston and Sam Kingston. This role will include advising on a wide range of bankruptcy, corporate insolvency, securities enforcement and commercial litigation matters. Working on behalf of insolvency practitioners, secured lenders, directors and creditors, you will provide advice on all aspects of restructuring and external administrations, including asset realisation and court proceedings commenced as a result of a companyβs insolvency. You will also have the opportunity to act on behalf of banks and secured creditors in recovery of corporate and commercial debts.
What you'll be responsible for- π Legal Document Drafting and Review
Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts and policies

Write advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of legal issues, including employment law, commercial law, and intellectual property law

Research and analyze legal issues for clients including case law, regulations, and legal precedents
