About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Lawyer or Associate to join our Defendant Workers Compensation practice.

You will be exposed to all facets of Workers Compensation, statutory disputes, and damages claim.

This role is a growth role, offering the opportunity for career progression within a supportive and nurturing environment. 

About the team

As one of the most highly regarded defendant Insurance practices in Sydney, we have an enviable list of insurer, employer and government clients, who seek our legal assistance in all aspects of Workers Compensation

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2+ years PQE or experience working with an Insurer, other defendant firm or as a plaintiff lawyer 
  • Experience in some or all of the key practice areas of respondent Workers Compensation including statutory disputes and work injury damages matters
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to cope under pressure, manage workflow and effectively prioritise
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and
  • An interest in learning about/understanding our clients and their business.
