We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Administrator to join our client's team who has a solid presence in Australia. This opportunity will involve leading the administrative team and collaborating with the Leadership and Operational teams to ensure targets, compliances and safety requirements are met.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure smooth daily operations by effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers
- Accountable for performing procedural, operational, administrative and business support activities
- Managing workflow and resources
- Manage administrative budgets and monitor ongoing operating expenses. Team Management - Drive outcomes based on KPI's
- Hire and training administrative staff.
- Achieve targets based on both scheduling and invoicing perspective
- Ensure all Safety Compliance are met
- Ensure all customer compliances are met
- Provide on-going support and guidance to the team
- Take a proactive approach and engage and negotiate with stakeholders on challenges
- Being solution based to achieve positive business outcomes.
- Previous experience leading a team
- HVAC/Fire industry background - Desirable
- Experience using salesforce & pronto - Highly advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Exceptional communication skills and excellent people management skills
- Considerable level of experience with stakeholder engagement
- Ability to identify, anticipate and respond to stakeholders' needs and expectations in order to achieve business outcomes.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet required deadlines
