We are open to this position being perm part time or casual. 

What you'll get to do

As our Lead Barista your main focus will be to make the best coffee in the best location on Sydney harbour! But you’ll also get to;

• Influence and enhance the coffee culture at Sydney's most fun tourist attraction
• Help create and innovate our Retail F&B offering to entice and wow our guests 
• Work with other departments and teammates across day to day operations and park events
• Continued review and improvement of Retail F&B policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with department standards, WH&S and HACCP and conduct audits to ensure that the department maintains the strictest hygiene and safety levels 
• Take responsibility for our coffee machines and ensuring we serve the best coffee in Sydney

What you'll need

• Experience and training as a qualified barista 
• Respect and passion for your coffee machines and grinders
• The ability to maximise sales and minimise wastage
• Flexibility to work across all retail hospitality outlets in a fast-paced amusement park which has multiple styles of service including; table service, takeaway, app-based ordering, kiosks, bars, restaurant, coffee cart, and gelato bar
• Current working knowledge and training in HACCP and WH&S. HACCP accreditation training is an advantage
• A current NSW RSA and NSW WWCC paid employment clearance
• Flexibility to work a roster that includes weekends and weekdays
