We are currently partnering with a large enterprise organisation looking to migrate its current ERP to cloud. This is a greenfield program of work being set up for success with a focus on quality delivery, framework, and competency uplift. Working closely with the Program Manager, PMO Lead, and Facto capability leads, the role will work through leading the initial program planning and mobilisation to cover scoping, requirements, and process design.
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Mapping and engaging stakeholder groups and facilitating workshops.
- Run discovery sessions to elicit requirements
- Manage the process designs (current and target state)
- Co-design the team structures and manage BA streams of work
- Support planning for mobilisation,
- Create product backlog and prioritisation
- Previous experience leading large Enterprise Programs as a BA manager (hands-on delivery), Principal, or Lead Business Analyst is required.
- Experience in designing, hiring, onboarding, and managing a team of BA Streams
- Strong experience in cross-functional and complex enterprise programs
- Experience in program setup and mobilisation, including setting up required BA cadence, tools and templates for workshops, requirements gathering, and process design
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in facilitating discovery sessions and requirements workshops
- Managing and prioritising a product and/or requirements backlog.
