As a part of your role, you will have the expert ability to extract complex details from a range of sources and structure large amounts of information into easily digestible information for non-technical stakeholders.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Solving complex problems that directly improves customer's experience.
- Refine Epic/Feature/ story by working closely with the Agile delivery team, Product Owners and Business SME’s.
- As a proactive team member, you happily jump in and assist when required to swarm around blockers, coaching and guiding other team members.
- You will work on onboarding experience for customers both new to bank and new products and services to existing customers. This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple brands in Business Bank.
- Previous experience with Agile/ SAFE or Scrum.
- You can logically structure and disseminate work across a program increment.
- You have had previous experience working on leasing processes, origination workflow or core banking.
- Ability to work with external vendors/ partners and translate functional requirements to technical ones.
- This is a fast-paced environment, and you need to be comfortable working through ambiguity and taking stakeholders along the journey.
- You’ll also be required to provide functional expertise (originations, digital or core banking) to solution designers, developers, testers and business group.
