PM-Partners Group is currently seeking a Lead Business Analyst to work with a major Australian bank undertaking an exciting Fees Simplification Projectaimed at uplifting existing product collateral, on an initial 12-month contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage business analysis activities for a Fees Simplification Project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uplift existing product collateral and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Conduct thorough impact assessments to identify potential risks and benefits associated with changes to fees and product structures.
- Define and document changes required for the simplification of fees, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product collateral, including detailed documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Analyse and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for product development and improvement.
- Provide high-level analytical support to senior management, including the preparation of reports, presentations, and performance metrics.
