Follow us on LinkedIn to stay informed about exciting job opportunities and updates. to join the conversation.The OpportunityAn Exciting opportunity exists within WCHN Major Capital Projects to join us as Lead Capital Project Manager in a 12 month full- time contract.The Lead, Capital Project Manager is responsible for:Strategic facilities planning advice,End to end project management of projects and provide relocation planning and delivery. This includes leading the delivery of comprehensive project management plans, and associated planning frameworks, briefs and documents, to ensure that all critical time, cost, quality and risk considerations are addressed during project implementation.Conducting extensive and complex consultation and negotiations with a highly diverse range of stakeholders to meet the project deliverables and objectives. This includes leading the delivery of comprehensive project management plans, and associated planning frameworks, briefs and documents, to ensure that all critical time, cost, quality and risk considerations are addressed during project implementation.Developing project briefs, prepare reports, identify costs, outputs, outcomes and timeframes for projects relevant to WCHN Engineering and Capital Projects.Performing a variety of independent duties involved in the establishment of policy, procedure, standards and projects across WCHN. * Managing the project planning and delivery of the WCHN Sustainment upgrade related projects, which includes establishing and maintaining effective internal and external stakeholder relationships, developing operational frameworks to successfully implement the capital works packages, the relocation of departments and implementation of new services.To find out the specifics, including the key selection criteria and special conditions, please go to the attached role description.Benefits of Joining usNot only will you be able to use your skills and abilities in a both a challenging and rewarding role contributing to some of South Australia's most vulnerable women, babies, children and young people, you will also receive and attractive annual salary package with employer superannuation contributions and leave loading as well as the opportunity to maximise your salary through arrangements.Application InstructionsYou will be required to attach a 1-2 page cover letter addressing the key selection criteria of the role and a current résumé/curriculum vitae prior to clicking 'Submit Application'.
