First Five Early Learning Reservoir is seeking an experienced Lead Educator to lead a quality program for our 2-3 years room.
As a Lead Educator, responding to young children’s wellbeing, learning and development is your strength. You demonstrate high-level skills in creating a nurturing, respectful and calm environment, with a focus on trusting relationships and key moments for connection. You demonstrate high level skills in leading the room team, supporting fellow educators through effective communication and teamwork to deliver a quality program.
You understand how young children learn through play and everyday routines and rituals. Your curriculum is responsive to young children's thinking, play schemas and development. You join with families and community to nurture babies in their formative years. You position yourself as a learner, demonstrating responsibility for continuous practice improvement and reflective practice.
