The Role
As a Lead Educator, you'll play a vital role in the lives of children and their families. Your responsibilities will include developing meaningful relationships, implementing innovative learning programs, and collaborating with colleagues to create a nurturing environment.

What you need to join this super team:
- A completed Diploma in Children's Services
- Prior experience in long day-care
- Sound knowledge of the NQF and the EYLF, with practical implementation skills
- Current Working with Children's Check (Paid Blue Card)
