About the Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the System Lead: Finance will offer strategic leadership and guidance across various finance and business operations. This role will hold responsibility and accountability for enhancing schools and system performance within the managed areas of the reporting teams.

The System Lead: Finance will provide support and leadership to four corporate teams, fostering collaboration and cooperation essential for implementing best practices. This includes streamlining processes and systems to achieve agreed-upon strategic priorities effectively.

About You

As the System Lead: Finance, you will have:

• A Degree in Accounting with extensive financial management experience, adept at senior management roles, and leading teams with autonomy.
• Demonstrated success in multifaceted roles, showcasing strong organisational skills, decision-making clarity, and strategic planning abilities.
• Expertise in financial and payroll processes, coupled with advanced administrative skills and effective problem-solving initiative.
• Proven track record of effective leadership, collaboration, and maintaining confidentiality with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly adaptable with emotional maturity, known for professional integrity, discretion, and diligence in challenging environments.
