The role
We have a fantastice long-term opportunity for an experienced and qualified Lead Educatorto join our team of friendly and passionate Educators on a permanent part-time basis at our Paddington Centre.
The successful applicant will take pride in their work and have a genuine passion for high quality early years education.
Duties
- Build positive and caring relationships with the children and their families
- Apply your pedagogical knowledge and expertise to ensure the individual needs of all children are met
- Plan an outstanding educational program for our children
- Comply with the relevant government regulations
- Create a supportive, stimulating and secure learning environment for the children
Skills & requirements
- Hold a minimum of a Diploma in Children's Services
- Lead Educator experience preferred
- A current and valid Working with Children's Check (Blue Card)
- A current Senior First Aid, CPR & Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- A good understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- A moderate to high level of computer skills in able to use our online programing software

- The ability to work any shift between operations hours of 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
