Customer Support - Great Training & Progression!

You’re fantastic with Customer Support/help. Your favourite aspect of all your roles has been giving assistance to someone and seeing them be happy and relieved after dealing with you. 

You’re quite tech/software minded. Maybe you studied it, or maybe you just love learning new softwares and programs. You’re the person others go to to ask questions on how to work the software because you always know. 

You’re a great learner and always want to feel that you’re growing in your career. You don’t like to feel stagnant and always want to be working towards achieving the next level.

This role is for Biode (biode.com.au) they do biometric identity management- using biometric recognition, fingerprints etc. to identify people then manage what they are allowed to do. This role is a Customer Support role. You will be on the front lines with the customers, doing basic diagnosis to see what needs to be done next, and then keeping them updated and moving along. 

Without this person, customers get lost, don’t get updated, have to chase the company, get upset and feel neglected. It’s a really important role for the company. 

NOTE: You do NOT need to be a total “tech” person. You just need to enjoy learning and using softwares, pick them up well and have an understanding on the workflows through softwares/programs. You have to enjoy learning about them. Biode will train the rest. 

What’s really great about the role is your future in the company is really up to you! They will train and develop you and in the future you might want to move into the software/tech side, or move over into product development/testing or move into management. The role is full time, is fully in the office in Darra, Brisbane.
