The Centre
A beautiful early childhood centre located in Warnervale on the Central Coast is seeking a passionate Lead Educator to join a wonderful team on a permanent basis. This centre fosters children's wellbeing, development and individuality through a combination of play-based learning and intentional teaching drawing from contemporary research and evidence formed practices. Operating between the hours of 7.00am - 6.00pm this centre has strong connections with the community and fosters an inclusive environment where partnerships with families play a vital role in children's learning. The Role
Permanent position working up to 37.5 hours per week
Develop and guide a team of educators to confidently support children's learning and development
Work collaboratively with a dedicated team whilst ensuring practice is in line with policies, procedures, EYLF & NQS
Develop and deliver quality educational programs that foster children's development and incorporate children's interests
Create meaningful relationships with children, families, educators and the wider community

About You
A Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-equivalent or working towards) or a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (willing to start Diploma)
A current Working with Children's Check
Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
Ability to positively contribute and provide ongoing mentoring, and guidance to educators
