Position Overview: We are seeking highly motivated Lead Educators to join our team at our Beerwah service. As a valued members of our team, you will lead and educate according to the EYLF V 2.0, fostering a nurturing and engaging atmosphere that aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and educate children according to the EYLF,
- Utilise the exceptional resources and indoor/outdoor spaces to create engaging learning experiences,
- Drive community connections,
- Provide hands-on support to fellow educators and collaborate with the leadership team to achieve educational outcomes.

Requirements:
- ACECQA recognised Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Experience in early childhood education, with a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS.
- A passion for creating stimulating educational environments and fostering a culture of inclusion and fun.
