Reporting directly to the Electrical Engineering Manager, the Lead Electrical Solutions Engineerwill work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their electrical technical requirements, translating them into customised solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of their specific technical needs. Subsequently, leverage this insight to customised solutions that align with and address their requirements.
• Lead the preparation of estimates and high-quality proposal documents.
• Provide technical expertise to enhance the capabilities of the electrical engineering team and offer technical support to various departments.
• Electrical Engineering technical tasks as needed.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering.
• Over 8 years of practical experience as an Electrical Engineer in the Mining or related industries.
• Client-focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong technical understanding of electrical systems.
• The right to work in Australia.
