Key responsibilities
Collaborate with the design team to deliver thoughtfully considered designs for high-end residential, multi-residential and commercial projects
Confidently deliver full documentation packages and concept presentations
Develop and implement material and finishes palettes to the highest standard
Work collaboratively with other members of the team, including architects, builders and suppliers
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results
FF&E scheduling
Skills and experience
Degree qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
At least 6 years' local experience in high-end residential design
Expertise in Revit, with strong documentation & joinery detailing
A keen eye for material and finishes selection and specification
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
Motivated, positive and open approach
