Managing all financial aspects of the institution, the CFO will provide strategic leadership and guidance to ensure the University's financial stability, sustainability, and growth.Primary responsibilities include:
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Budgeting and Resource Management
- Financial Reporting and Compliance
- Investment Management and Treasury Operations
- Risk Management and Compliance
- Leadership and Collaboration
- CPA/ CA or equivalent professional certification essential
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
- Extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Thorough understanding of financial systems, investment principles, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements applicable to the higher education sector
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and engage with internal and external stakeholders
