How will your ideas contribute to shaping what’s next? As our new Lead Mechanical Engineer, you’ll be a vital part of the Industrial Mechanical practice group in Perth who are bringing ideas to life by imagining and co-creating with our clients to create a better future for people and the planet. Your role will include:Delivering technically excellent Mechanical Engineering designs and consultancy services and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver an exciting portfolio of materials handling and complex machines projects.

Performing a lead engineer or design management role on projects. Mentoring and facilitating the technical development of more junior resources. Driving business development, winning work, identifying the next opportunities and supporting the winning of these opportunities.

Bid preparation and submittals as required. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Working collaboratively with other team members to deliver goals and targets of the practice group and to facilitate knowledge sharing and coaching.
