Continued growth in their Sydney location has seen the need for a Lead Occupational Therapist to lead this team of Senior and emerging OT's. Providing mentoring and sharing experiences will see you be responsible for the growth in skillsets and advancement of your team. Working a reduced caseload of mixed clients, including NDIS, Physical & Mental disability and Neuro & Development Delay clients, this specialised private practice will give you the time needed for future planning and leadership activities. This is a dynamic role that will suit a current Lead or Senior OT looking for a wonderful employer that will support you through their leadership team and in-house administrative team. This is a full-time position with flexible options available for discussion.
