We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Optical Dispenser and manager to join our friendly team.

About the role
- Lead and engage the team daily
- Coach and inspire through training
- General Management duties (rostering, banking etc.)
- Work closely with the owner / principal optometrist
- Lead sales from the front and demonstrate your optical knowledge
Skills and experience
- Previous experience as a 2IC or store manager in the optical industry or retail industry
- Track record of strong sales achievements within a KPI structure
- Proven experience leading in a compassionate, people-focused manner
- Optical experience is highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate
