THE OPPORTUNITY
An Account Management opportunity has arisen in our Brisbane office for a technical salesperson to focus on business development within an existing account base. Reporting to the Director of Sales; initiating a consultative approach, you will be providing solution-based sales and advice that grows and develops the efficiency and effectiveness of your client's systems.
CANDIDATE'S QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:

This position will suit a current sales or business development professional who has a technical background in mechanical/electrical/automation or BMS. Alternatively, this would also suit someone currently working in a technical mechanical role who is looking to transition and up-skill into an account management position.
KEY SKILLS TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
- An understanding of mechanical systems and/or automation, and an engineering or technical background in BMS, Energy management or HVAC will be favourably considered.
- A passion for success and a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service and building long-term trust-based relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, outgoing and experience in working at different levels of organisations such as building managers, consultants, real estate agents & facilities management.
