We are currently recruiting a LeadPiping Engineer for a Global Oil & Gas EPC in a permanent capacity, for an immediate start working across a major Brownfield project.
Working closely with the Discipline Manager - Mechanical Piping (APAC West), you will thrive in an integral role for the Piping team, balancing people leadership and technical excellence to create an inspired culture and deliver for our clients. Taking the lead in this highly visible role, you will be supportinganestablishedteamwhoarefocusedonFEED/ExecutiontoEPCMdelivery onnewand significantbrownfieldsengineeringprojects,alignedwithglobalenergy transitionandenergy security (including CCS).
Responsibilities:
- ActingasfocalpointforPipingEngineeringactivitiesacrosstheprojectlifecycle(Concept, FEED, detailed design) to produce fit for purpose solutions.
- ProducingcosteffectivePipingEngineeringreports, documentsanddeliverables
- Supportingandmentoring PipingEngineersandDesignersandprovidetechnical assistance as required.
- Providingtechnicalinputtobusiness development,earlycustomer engagement,tendersand studies
- ActingasaTechnicalAuthority,ensuringtechnicalintegrity ofallworkperformedonprojects.
- Ensuringallassigned workiscarriedoutincompliancewithagreedbudget andschedule.
Ideally, you will be an Australian citizen or be eligible to hold Permanent Residency (PR) and beabletoworklawfully inAustralia.National orinternationalrelocationassistanceisavailable to support your candidacy.
YouwillhaveaMechanicalEngineeringdegreecoupledwithexperienceinasimilar Principal/Lead Piping Engineering role within the brownfields Oil & Gas sector.
