We are seeking an extremely motivated, enthusiastic, detail driven, highly skilled Lead Product Owner, to join our exciting Product team to help manage our Fleet Management, Autonomous Haulage and Collision Avoidance products.  The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product development processes, exceptional leadership skills, possess a strong desire to drive innovation through automation and technologies in a dynamic and fast paced environment that aligns to the Product vision and roadmap that meet customer needs and expectations.

As a Lead Product Owner, you are responsible for shaping the Product vision and roadmap in collaboration with business stakeholders. Leading a team of Product Owners, you will ensure the successful development and delivery of high-quality products that align with the organisation goals including Autonomous haulage technologies in decarbonised mining operations.  You will establish and continually evaluate and improve Product Owners ways of working, encouraging the development of a performant, efficient and sustainable team. 

• Be the leading voice representing the Product Owner group, coordinate prioritisation and effort on work packages, in alignment with the Strategic Product Roadmap.
• Communicate a clear vision of the Product Roadmap and its alignment with business milestones.
• Act as a point of contact and escalation for Internal and External Stakeholders.
• Own the workflows between Product Definition and handover to Design / Architecture
• Measuring the performance of, and continuous improvement of the Product Owner processes.
• Managing Product Owners, acting as a point of escalation and facilitation for your team when issues cannot be solved individually.
• Engage Customers for Product feedback.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Owner or a similar role.
• A minimum of 2 years leadership experience.
• Previous experience in a mining sector.
• Software and solution delivery lifecycle experience in product development.
• Proficiency in using tools for requirements management and collaboration.
• Experience leading and supporting successful projects.
