You'll master customer acquisition strategies, execute field marketing campaigns, and eventually lead a team for our telecommunications program across the Seattle market.Responsibilities of a Sales Management Lead:
- Initiate the sales process by engaging with customers to showcase new telecommunications offerings.
- Drive revenue through closing sales, building referral pipelines, and fostering brand loyalty.
- Promote our partner's latest products and services through daily promotions and marketing efforts.
- Transition to a Senior Level Account Manager role, overseeing the sales cycle and team development.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Train new team members on company systems and procedures.

- Previous experience in sales or leadership roles.
