About the role:
The role of the Lead Social Worker, Prisons is to oversee and provide discipline support and leadership to social work service delivery at Forensicare Prison based services.
About you:
- Demostrated experience working at a Senior Social Worker level at Forensicare.
- Ability to contribute to a leadership group that ensures the successful delivery of social work services across prisons and Forensicare.
- Initiate and implement discipline and service-specific quality improvement activities and protocols.
- In partnership with respective unit managers, conduct supervision and performance appraisals of Senior Social Workers and Social Workers.
