- You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in your field of work
- You have teaching and 1:1 mentoring or pair programming experience
- You are used to breaking down complex concepts with people who are new to technology
- You are empathetic and love to help others reach their objectives
- You are a clear and confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
