Let's talk about this role
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract as the Lead UX Designer.
In this position you will be a user advocate within the Brands & Marketing team, working with key stakeholders all nib travel brands.
As the UX designer, you will:

• Facilitate working sessions that help coordinate business objectives, technical constraints and user needs
• Ensure the design process are followed, and design principles are applied across the organization's digital touchpoints
• Ensure solutions represent the user while enabling the business to achieve its key objectives
• Create design outputs for marketing and product for the broader organisation

Let's talk about you
To be successful in this position, you will need 5+ years experience across Design Development and Delivery, Web Production, Product Experience Design, UX and Design Operations.
Your experience comes with the ability to provide design thinking expertise to processes and interactions and can work to tight deadlines to Deliver UX work on time on 2-week sprints.
Furthermore, we're looking for:

• Ability to empathise with user needs, be the voice of the customer in user-centered design approaches
• Deliver user journeys, customer journey maps, sketches; wireframes and prototypes to test and recommend improvements to internally and externally focused applications
• Interpret requirements, data and constraints to facilitate discussions that result in an understanding of the root problems
• Synthesise qualitative and quantitative data into insights that allows nib Travel stakeholders to identify core issues and innovate in our domain
• Ability to activate key stakeholders to participate and enable them for ideation and extract, key project requirements, setting KPI and success metrics & A/B testing scenarios
