As a Sales and Administration Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the client journey from initial inquiry to case resolution. This position offers a unique blend of sales, leadership, and administrative responsibilities, providing a comprehensive platform for professional growth and development.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Client Experience Mastery
- Commit to Learning: Engage in a dedicated learning period to fully understand and master our end-to-end client management process.
-Inquiry Conversion:Lead the charge in converting telephone and online inquiries into paying clients by utilizing persuasive communication and in-depth knowledge of our services.
- Sales Excellence
- Achieve Targets: Take ownership of personal sales goals by successfully converting new cases from inquiries, ensuring alignment with our firm's standards.
- Support and Strategy:Collaborate with the General Manager to enhance sales strategies, benefiting from mentorship and shared insights.
- Team Leadership and Management
- Guide the Client Delivery Team: Oversee a dedicated team responsible for the seamless administration of client cases, from documentation to diary management.
- Optimize Schedules: Manage the General Manager's diary to prioritize critical sales opportunities and client engagements.
- Streamline Inquiries: Ensure efficient handling of both client and sales inquiries, maintaining high standards of service.
- Maintain Case Flow: Oversee case updates, material collection, and file management to ensure a smooth and efficient case progression.
- Financial Oversight: Manage financial aspects related to cases, including fee collection and financial documentation, with precision and care.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets, preferably within a legal, insurance, or banking environment.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience in team management and a passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Strong organisational skills, adept at multitasking and managing complex processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients and effectively leading a team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with financial management practices.
