The role:
At ClickView, we’re going through global expansion and an exciting period of growth. To support us on this trajectory, we’re searching for our first Leadership Operations position who will report into the CEO. This role has growth potential to become a Chief of Staff. This person will have an immediate impact on our productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing project management, and communication objectives to departments.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and Executive team to support the vision, manage day-to-day operations, facilitate agile decision-making, and ensure that the organisation’s goals are met effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have proven success in a business management or management consultant role, or has experience working within business operations and is looking to take their next step.
Responsibilities include:
Executive Support:
  • Attending meetings with the CEO and acting as a sounding board, facilitating agendas, recording minutes, and ensuring effective follow-up on action items to drive actions and outcomes
  • Assisting and communicating with executives in decision-making, project management, and initiative implementation
  • Nurturing external relationships, such as partnerships, alongside the CEO
Strategy and Project Management:
  • Guiding the strategic planning process alongside the Executive team through setting, aligning, reviewing and supporting the implementation of OKRs across all teams
  • Oversee strategic business initiatives and cross-departmental projects, from development through to successful and timely execution
Operational Excellence:
  • Creating materials such as policies, strategy, project plans, and other reports to streamline operations and monitor key performance indicators for business performance and efficiency
  • Reviewing, designing, and executing improvements to organisational structure; finding knowledge and skills gaps and help address them
  • Providing support for ad hoc operational tasks, such as tender management, to ensure seamless execution
Communication and Messaging:
  • Coordinating the planning and delivery of engaging and informative company gatherings such as All Hands, conferences, off-sites and board meetings
  • Serving as a liaison between our legal team and the business to streamline and support legal matters
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years+ experience in a business management, consultancy or business operations role
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail while juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at conveying ideas, presenting information, and liaising with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to assist in the development and execution of strategic plans aligned with company goals
  • Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and influencing others to achieve outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines
  • Strong problem solving skills, sound judgment and the ability to provide well-thought-out recommendations to support decision-making
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and effectively handle unforeseen challenges
