Experience & Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience, either independently or with a reputable company.
* Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
* Strong phone and communication skills, including Zoom proficiency.
* Background in digital marketing.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Engage in weekly Zoom training sessions.
* Develop marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
* Learn and implement lead generation techniques on social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with expert guidance.
* Conduct structured phone interviews with candidates using provided training and scripts.
* Provide information to potential applicants and schedule follow-up appointments.
* Mentor and support new clients, offering guidance and training.
* Utilize diverse marketing methods to enhance your online presence and personal brand growth.
