The Opportunity:
Are you ready to the lead and keep our maintenance operation running smoothly?
As a Leading Hand, you'll be working with the site supervisor to make sure the Komatsu equipment is maintained and ready to use.
Safety is our top priority. You'll maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety principles at all times.
As a point of contact for Komatsu giving exceptional customer service, both internally and externally, is essential to this role.

Roster: 7 Days, 4 Off, 7 Nights, 3 Off
Annualised Wages: $201,834 + $15,000 Zone Allowance + 10% Bonus + Super
Role Located: KCGM

What we are looking for:
- Cert 3 Mobile Plant Technology trade certificate or equivalent
- Crane, forklift, and EWP licences
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with performance measures and defined KPIs
- Ability to manage high-achieving teams and work within maintenance windows
