AddressUrathane Solutions is a national, family-owned business specialising in innovative concrete remediation and underpinning solutions. Due to our continued growth, we are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Leading Hand with experience in concrete remediation who will assist with:
- Commercial, residential & civil concrete repairs
- Epoxy crack injection
- Resin injection underpinning
- Structural grouting
- Epoxy Coatings & waterproofing
- Caulking
Position Details:
Full-Time. Guaranteed 40 hours per week.
Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 4:00pm

Responsibilities
- Lead toolbox meetings
- Map out tasks for the team and ensure project timelines are being met
- Able to work with minimal direction
- Understand and work to WHS requirements
- Have or willing to obtain current police & DCSI clearance
- Responsible for company vehicles
- Manual handling and general building tasks
About you
- Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in concrete repairs/remediation
- Experience with
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to multitask, problem solve and demonstrate initiative
- Show commitment to safe work practices, including being able to pass drug and alcohol screening
- Driver's licence (HR licence preferred)
- White Card
- First aid training
