Position Overview:-
Your daily tasks could be anything from carpentry, general repairs, fit outs, structural steel erection, problem solving and general maintenance of commercial buildings. No two days will be the same. Predominately will be working within Sydney and the surrounding areas.
A large part of this role will require travel to regional and remote areas. Often staying away from Sydney Mon-Fri and returning on weekends for up to two months at a time. We supply and install structures within National Parks across the state often in remote areas. We have a significant remuneration benefits for working away. You will need to be available to travel away for periods of up to three weeks at a time.
We have a longstanding team of directly employed staff that are extremely experienced and qualified who will support your journey. We are recruiting for a number of new roles. We are open to all applicants that have a range of skills and experience that can benefit the business. The ideal candidate will be able to lead a small team of tradesman and run a small project from site establishment, civil works, concreting, structural construction, roofing and fit out.

Your main responsibilities and duties will include:-

Your experience, skill set and qualifications will include:-
- Can do attitude
- Great communication skills
- Trade qualification in carpentry or equivalent
- Proven industry experience
- A clear understanding and appreciation of WHS&E obligations within the building industry
- A current NSW driver's licence
- White card
- Willingness to travel to regional NSW areas
Salary Range:- Hourly rate, dependent on position & experience level. Possible vehicle
Location:- Banksmeadow base, projects within Sydney and the surrounding areas as well as regional and remote areas
Position Type:- Permanent Full Time, Permanent Residency required
