About the Role
This position will call on your exceptional horticultural, landscaping and time management skills to assist the Open Space Supervisor to lead a busy Open Space Maintenance team.
Your daily role will involve the direction and leadership of 2 small maintenance teams – mowing and gardening. You will have a high regard for OHS and the safe delivery of maintenance activities, and a desire to grow your career and be a contributor to the Open Space leadership team.
Training to provide you the additional skill sets required to further your horticultural career are an important addition to this role and will ensure you become part of a multiskilled team within a greater Maintenance department.
About the Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will have qualifications in Horticulture (Certificate or similar) and hold a current Victorian driver’s license.
You will need to have a demonstrated customer service focus with sound communication and interpersonal skills.
