The Rostering Administrative Support role supports roster users and the Local Roster Administrator (LRA) position within the Establishment, Rostering and Analytics division of Workforce and Culture.
This role is essential in providing rostering quality checks across key monitoring rostering metrics, ensuring compliance to NSW Health Awards and rostering principles.
The Rostering Administrative Support manages HealthRoster user requests in accordance with CCLHD processes and in line with Internal Audit controls. The role will require building strong, effective and collaborative partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders including, roster managers and support staff.

About You
You have demonstrated experience working with rostering applications and providing support to roster system users.
You possess the ability to prioritise demands in high volume and complex work environments with conflicting and critical deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and quality control.
You have demonstrated intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
You have well-developed interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members, internal and external stakeholders to meet team goals.
