CONSTRUCTION/COMMERCIAL SITE FOREMAN/LEADING HAND
We have positions available across various regions in GreaterBrisbane. Our technicians take home a company vehicle and start and finish their work day from site.
Full time positions available.
Individuals with the following skills are encouraged to apply:
- Current QLD Electrical Licence, CPR/LVR and White Card (mandatory)
- Current Manual Drivers Licence (mandatory)
- Strong fault-finding experience
- Experience in job management software (highly regarded)
- Working at Heights (highly regarded)
- Ability to obtain Police Check
Preferably your experience has been gained working on sites where you have been able to develop a deep understanding of associated requirements for strict HSEQ practices thorough documentation, and clear customer communication. You will have a strong eye for detail, demonstrate the ability to work with a high level of autonomy, be highly computer literate, have excellent written and spoken communication skills and display a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
To excel in the role you must be flexible, with exceptional time management and organisational skills. We are looking for people who are dependable and love to provide excellent customer service.
The person successful in this role can:
- Plan and coordinate site work
- Monitor and manage labour resources and materials
- Show leadership and manage people assigned to your site
- Supervise and provide effective coaching and mentoring to apprentices
- Work in partnership with others involved in the project’s delivery
- Manage safety and quality compliance
