  • Schedule instructors, presenters and facilitators based on drafted schedule.
Source facilities and instructors
  • Confirm attendance and instruct presenters as required.
  • Engage participants via email
  • Distribute assessments/tests
Schedule and fulfill learning event
  • Establish event and monitor schedules
  • Monitor and confirm learner registrations
  • Coordinate classroom or virtual event(s)
  • Schedule facilitators
Deploy and monitor content
  • Ensure training setup using proper platform and options
Register and support learning event
  • Provide functional support to the instructor and the learners
  • Facilitate based on virtual training requirements (e.g. confirm dates and share training schedule with participants, setup of virtual meeting and sending invites, sharing any material via email etc.
  • Report attendance and provide training recording if required
  • Correlate participation with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Understanding of Learning and Development: The candidate should possess a solid understanding of Learning and Development principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems: Proficiency in utilising a SuccessFactors LMS is crucial for administering, tracking, and analysing training activities efficiently, but other LMS usage will crossover more easily that for someone that hasn’t done it ever.
  • Effective Communication Skills: The candidate must be a strong communicator, capable of conveying training information clearly to diverse audiences and collaborating effectively with stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Strong Organisational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities are necessary to manage the multiple emails across many different topics, resources, and documentation effectively.
  • Passion for Learning and Development: A genuine passion for Learning and Development is vital to drive engagement, innovation, and continuous improvement would be good.
  • Preferable but not mandatory - AQTF Compliance: Familiarity with the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) is essential to ensure our training programs meet regulatory standards.
This role is a full-time, fixed term contract role for 2 years.
