As a Learning & Development Coordinator at Ayers Rock Resort, you will live and work onsite at Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills to fill a critical position within our team. As a Training and Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery, preparation, and administration of both internal and external training programs. You'll play a vital role in delivering resort orientation, organizing events, and contributing to the creation of learning modules. As a crucial member of our team, you'll be the first face people interact with, making it your responsibility to welcome and make them feel at home in their new journey.

The ideal candidate should have experience in coordinating and delivering Learning and Development frameworks to diverse employee groups in a complex workplace environment. They should also have excellent administration skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Additionally, any hospitality and hotel operations background would be considered a valuable asset.
