We are seeking a Learning and Development Officer in Canberra.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the delivery of the HR function to the organisation with particular focus on:
- coordinating strategic training, alumni groups, internships, WHS training and other Learning and Development support.
- Providing LMS content updates and promotion. Ensure mandatory training compliance is achieved.
- Supporting the L&D planning derived from succession planning, performance evaluations, and other activities.
- Maintaining existing L&D artefacts and products such as system training, digital induction
Candidate Profile:
- Formal qualifications in HR, Business or related field is highly desirable
- Demonstrated 2+ years’ experience or a similar role.
- Experienced in recruitment, L&D or related discipline would be highly regarded
- Demonstrated capacity to contribute effectively as part of a team, and to work autonomously
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Mandatory Requirements:
- Must be prepared to travel as and when required.
- Must be willing to undergo all Pre-employment Medical checks.
- Must have a valid Australian Driver’s Licence as deemed necessary.
