Preferred Requirements:

• Must have Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
• Experience in administrative or customer care roles
• High level of computer literacy with Intermediate Microsoft suites
• Database and administrative system knowledge
• Collaborative, motivated personality to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Fluency in both verbal and written communication

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative role with high volumes of activity
• Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
