Learning And Development Specialist

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As the Learning and Development Specialist (Projects), you will be responsible for accelerating the design, consultation, and the implementation of the Capability Development Framework.
  
You will:

• Design and deliver seamless people programs and initiatives.
• Fast-track the learning needs identification and analysis to mobilise learning plans for both organisational and functional requirements.
• Support the design, management, and continuous improvement of key learning infrastructure.

This is a 12-month fixed term role.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
To be successful in the role of Learning & Development Specialist (Projects), you will have experience developing programs, solutions and initiatives which are strongly aligned with business needs and improving the capability of the organisation’s workforce.
  
Your background will demonstrate your:

• Proficiency in use of learning design tools, such as Articulate 360 (including Rise360), Vyond, ClipChamp, Canva and effective SCORM file management
• Strong stakeholder management skills supporting coaching, consultation, and facilitation
• Well-developed project management skills to ensure projects and activities are delivered within the required timeframes
• Tertiary qualifications in Learning and Development, Adult Education (in an organisational setting), Human Resource Management (or related discipline), or specialist experience
• Minimum four (4) years’ specialist experience, either as a Learning and Development Specialist, Capability Specialist, or equivalent specialist experience in related function.
