ABOUT THE ROLE
The Talent, Leadership and Capability team are looking for a suitably qualified team member to help deliver the SRG Learning and Development plan, for a 12-month max term contract. This person will utilise their expert eLearning and adult learning education knowledge and skills to design and deliver mandatory training modules, learning projects, and administer our Learning Management Systems. This is a hybrid opportunity & will be based in either our Strathpine office or Rhodes office. Overall, our team provides effective solution design in regard to all Learning and capability related matters to ensure the Group team are engaged and have the opportunity to achieve their career potential.
Working closely with key stakeholders, the key focus of this role will be on designing and developing high quality blended solutions, including digital learning solutions built around using best practice Adult learning principles.
THE ROLE WILL ALSO INVOLVE:
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure that learning content is relevant, timely and aligned to strategic initiatives.
- Perform and / or manage the work in the project management plan to accomplish the project objectives in line with agreed scope and timeframes.
- Utilise SRG’s Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deploy Learning and Development solutions.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting relating to learning initiatives.
ABOUT YOU:
To demonstrate success in this role you will have a curious mind as you gather, design and conceptualise to complete programs of work. You will also have a keen interest in the important part Learning and Development plays within an organisation.
- Demonstrated capability in building and delivering Learning solutions that support strategic objectives, including digital learning.
- Experience in designing, and developing learning programs, across different audiences including the ability to adapt delivery to a range of learning styles.
- Demonstrated experience in effective use of Learning Management Systems.
- The ability to build effective relationships within the organisation across all levels.
