Opportunities are plenty for those ready to accept the challenge.This opportunityThe purpose of this role is to support the design of Leadership Development programs and initiatives, in line with the TPG Telecom Leadership Framework, and to translate the content into the relevant delivery mode for the intended audiences. The primary focus of this role is building core leadership capabilities across our mid-level leadership layers. This role will also support with facilitation across key programs, in particular our mid-level leadership population.Responsibilities
- In line with the Leadership Framework, design and deploy solutions and tools to build the critical leadership capabilities need now and future focused.
- Research and keep abreast of current and emerging leadership/adult development theory, best practice and tools/frameworks to ensure our flagship programs and initiatives are relevant and aligned with the Leadership Framework and enable the organisational strategy.
- Ensure leadership tools and frameworks are translatable to appropriate levels of leadership.
- Design leadership programs, ensuring design aligns to the most optimal delivery mode (i.e face to face, virtual, webinars).
- Partner with external providers, when required, and deliver and enhance our development suite.
- Facilitation of leadership and team effectiveness programs, as appropriate or as required.
- Work in collaboration with key stakeholders, People Experience Business Partners etc to ensure development solutions support and enable key strategic priorities.
- 5+ years' experience of designing and facilitating Leadership Development solutions, specifically working with mid-level and above leadership layers.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, addressing different audiences.
- A team player as well as a self-starter and independent thinker.
- Accreditation in psychometric tools such as Clifton Strengths, Leadership Circle, Birkman, Hogan is desirable.
- A keen interest and/or experienced coach (individual and/or team).
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a commercial and pragmatic approach.
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
