We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Learning and Organisational Development Consultant.
This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent / Fixed Term / Full Time / Part Time appointments with the possibility of extension(s) and/or Permanency.
We currently have 1 Permanent Full Time vacancy for immediate filling.
As part of the Health Support Services (HSS) Workforce and Organisational Development Business Unit, the Learning and Organisational Development Consultant is responsible for:
- Supporting the Organisational Development team in building a high performing organisation through the effective and efficient management of HSS’ Learning Management System
- Managing, delivering, and evaluating a range of learning, culture and development projects, initiatives, and services to improve business performance.
- Providing support in the facilitation of workshops, events and forums, collation and analysis of data, preparation of learning materials and reports, and ensuring the currency and relevance of documentation.
