In this role you will:
- Contribute to the training needs analysis process.
- Build meaningful business partnerships with SME’s and stakeholders.
- Champion learning culture and continuous improvement
- Design, develop, review, and facilitate learning.
About you:
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment TAE40116 and/or a qualification in a relevant discipline with subsequent relevant experience.
- Experience in partnering with and coaching stakeholders/subject matter experts to develop engaging, accessible, and effective learning resources.
- Experience in using multimedia and learning management systems.
- A successful record of facilitating and delivering engaging technical and professional development content.
